The Experience KND summer programme 2014 continues the hugely successful artist development phases of December 2012 and Summer 2013. Extending KND’s vision for high-quality professional training in the UK, it is a further opportunity to work in an exclusive setting with Kerry Nicholls and long-time music collaborator David Walters.

The two-week phase will offer daily, morning professional-level masterclasses.
As last year, the classes will be hosted at the company home of English National Ballet in South Kensington. There is access to changing rooms and other in-house facilities.

Week of 5 morning classes

Each professionally-driven class will run for two hours, feature live music, and promote restricted numbers for a qualitative experience at a high level. Kerry and David share their symbiotic connection housed in a fast-paced, energetic and athletically demanding technique class. Using the foundations of Limon and release based techniques, the classes will explore a kinetic use of spatial architectonics with an attention to momentum, qualitative change, and musical sensibility.
There will be dedicated time after each class for professional networking.

Priority of attendance will be given to those attending the full masterclass course rather than single drop-in’s so as to encourage totality of process.
