The KND Shoulder-to-Shoulder Project | Jul/Aug 2018

at English National Ballet studios

The unique KND Shoulder-to-Shoulder Project is aimed at mid-career artists who want to reinvigorate a multifaceted and expansive approach within their craft. This summer, Kerry invites Hannes Langolf to co-lead this exciting new initiative. The course consists of morning sessions of KND’s signature masterclass, followed by afternoons of workshops in Flying Low, voice work, Yoga, creative co-authoring, and story-telling through movement – all encased within professional development work and advice. In addition, each artist will receive an individual feedback session with the creative team.

Dates: Monday 30th Jul – Friday 3rd Aug 2018
Times: 10:00-18:00
Venue: English National Ballet studios, 39 Jay Mews, London SW7 2ES
Cost: £300

Kerry and Hannes have worked together for many years. For Shoulder-to-Shoulder, these two distinctive artists symbiotically join forces and fuse their years of collaborative experience to unlock the links between their wide-reaching disciplines.

A group of 20-25 artists will be selected to build a courageous ecology of enquiry. We are looking for curious, open and generous artists, with an interest in pushing physical boundaries and expanding their performance skill set.
