As part of KND’s professional development offer, we are delighted to have added the The Coaching Circle to our portfolio of opportunities. Creative Coaching with KND, is a form of conversational improvisation – with structure. The Coaching Circle provides that structure, enabling multiple perspectives to form a small group of artists to come together, learning, sharing, and exploring new ways forward under the inspirational guidance of Kerry. 

The Coaching Circle is an intimately curated Creative Coaching experience. It enables you to receive the benefit of bespoke one-on-one coaching in the context of a supportive online group setting – for a discounted rate of what Creative Coaching costs. 
 
The Coaching Circle is an opportunity to engage with 4 dance artists and 4 career pathways, shaped within 4 coaching sessions over a 4 month period, so as to make a difference to 4 artistic futures.  

As this offering is currently delivered virtually, we sit artists living all over the world side-by-side and tailor sessions as much as possible to consider different time zones. We also place artists who specialise in different skill sets in the same circle so as to learn from varying creative perspectives. For rich discussion, we position directors, choreographers, teachers, producers, community dance practitioners, performers, rehearsals directors and set designers together for rich cyclical exchange. The group energy and support are what compounds the learning and inspires the progress of everyone within The Coaching Circle. 

Riding on the success of the 6 circles built of established artists and leaders in 2020, we are currently spinning a further 3 circles during spring 2021, and excitedly, are launching The Coaching Circle: Early Career Artists imminently.
